Approximately 1 month before your course starts, your SNU network account gets created. You will receive an email at the address you provided when applying with your username, temporary password, and instructions on how to change your password.
At some point before your course starts, go to https://reset.snu.edu and log in with your username and temporary password. It is very helpful to do this before arriving on campus, as it will speed up connecting devices to the wireless network.
If you are attempting to to log in on a mobile device and experience problems, please try connecting to the Desktop version of the page.
Follow the instructions for setting up your new password. The complexity requirements for your password are:
- Must have a minimum of 8 characters
- Must have at least 1 upper case letter and 1 lower case
- Must have a number
- Must have a symbol
- It cannot contain 3 or more consecutive letters that are in your first/last name.
After successfully setting up your password, we recommend clicking on the Enrollment tab and registering a mobile number and/or alternate email address in case you forget your password or your account gets locked. If you provided this information when enrolling, it may already be present.
